We have a full range of classes from 5:00am to 6:30pm each weekday and Saturday mornings.
Reformer Pliates is completely scalabale and perfect for all fitness levels whether you're just starting out, require rehab or are experienced.
Classes run weekdays 5,6, 8:30 and 9:30am and 4:30,5:30pm plus 6:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Saturdays we run at 6.7,8am. We have more classess on the horizon as well! As out studio grows we ad more times!
We have 12 refomer beds. Our studio is large enough to have 14 but we choose to limit to 12 to ensure everyone has plenty of room and our instructors can get around to each person easily every session
Yes, all memberships have access to our 24/7 gym, Saunas, Free Creche and our full schedule of CrossFit Classes. Classes are only limited by your membership class count.
