We have a full range of classes from 5:00am to 5:30pm each weekday and Saturday mornings.
Reformer Pliates is completely scalabale and perfect for all fitness levels whether you're just starting out, require rehab or are experienced.
To start with we will run weekdays 6,7,9:30am and 4:30,5:30pm. Saturdays we'll run 7,8am. We will increase class times as our studio grows.
Currently we have 8 refomer beds. Our studio is large enough to have 16 beds and we will increase as our studio expands.
Yes, all memberships have access to our 24/7 gym, Saunas, Free Creche and our full schedule of CrossFit Classes. Classes are only limited by your membership class count.
