Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements. We want to see your kids and Teens grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!
CrossFit Kids For ages 7-11 is meant to be challenging but with a big element of fun to keep kids excited to come back for more. Whilst we introduce a lot of different types of movements and teach kids balance, coordination and definitely get their hearts pumping, we still have a big focus on fun in all our classes and always find time for games!
CrossFit Teens for ages 12-16 Is the age group where we start to introduce some more advanced movements and place a little more emphasis on developing strength and flexibility but still provide an enjoyable environment for teens to thrive.
We run our teens and kids classes throughout the entire year
