The team at Sagitta CrossFit would love to congratulate Micky as our memebr of the month. She’s a 9:30am regular but she shows up consistently, hits the workout with intent and always likes feedback even though she’s shy.
Why did you start CrossFit?
To get back into the groove of exercising in a positive and structured environment
What do you enjoy most about CrossFit?
Being able to strive for a better me and being helped to do that
What is your favourite CrossFit moment?
Every time I’ve been able to put a higher weight on a barbell
What impact had CrossFit had on you outside of the gym?
My asthma has improved, and I’ve been more energised after a CrossFit session
What advice would you give someone who was thinking of trying CrossFit?
Go for it! Just try a trial run and see if it’s for you, don’t be afraid to try something new
